As our business has grown and developed, so have the many opportunities available for people to experience a wide and varied career, both within and outside the UK.
We are able to offer full 4 year Engineering Apprenticeships to young people who are interested in becoming qualified Service Engineers. This combines college based work and qualifications with practical training and assessment. Opportunities are available for work overseas in our territories in France, India and Australia.
Career paths are available for a wide variety of professions within each of these worldwide territories, with an obvious emphasis on engineering and technical ability. The design and implementation of every contract incorporates the need for many technical skills at varied levels of expertise, allowing for growth as each project develops.
All staff are encouraged to gain additional skills and qualifications, as well as to seek opportunities within other areas of the business to enhance their development.
Salaries are reviewed on an annual basis, and bonuses paid for levels of achievement.
